FLBA teaches primarily a Vaganova syllabus, with influences of Royal Ballet (French method) and Cecchetti.

Being a ballet-forward studio, we offer multiple ballet classes at varying levels. Some of our other disciplines include ballet as a requirement, because we believe the core skills a dancer obtains in ballet are beneficial to all other styles of dance.

Dancers may take up to four ballet classes each week. Pointe dancers are required to take three ballet classes each week.
